LTWe liked everything: very clean, just a few min walk from the beach, helpful English speaking owner, comfortable room, kitchen possibility!!!
No TV 🙂, but in Sri Lanka usually there are no TVs in the rooms and for some people it could be an advantage rather than disadvantage.
NLThe stay was very nice. Super comfy A/C Rooms with big comfortable beds for a wonderful sleep. The owner was super nice and arranged a good discounted Boat Ride, a visit to a turtle hatchery.He had some other activities also but we had little time. The bentota beach is 2 min away by foot so its perfect. The Included breakfast was filling with a lot of variety. We got Egg Hoppers with sambol and Jam, butter with bread. A Passion Fruit Drink, Bottled water, Tea and Coffee was available as beverages. Fruits were also there as a dessert. Parking is also available.

KZGreat place to stay in Bentota within a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the area. There are also good eateries around with excellent food and reasonable prices. The rooms at the villa are maintained to the highest standards, very clean, hot water, kitchen, cutlery, complimentary tea/coffee. Channa, the host , and his family are very supportive, helped to arrange airport transfer and some other trips. Strongly recommend.
PLAfter visiting more then 10 hotels and villas in Sri Lanka that was the best. Quiet location, very very helpful and friendly stuff, clean and nice rooms and great options with open space and kitchen to be used for everyone. Perfect place for family wit kids and couples! Owner can also arrange transportation wherever you like on the island.

ESthe host was very welcoming, and his home is cleaned to a very high level
advertised as 150m to the sea but that is as the crow flys, it’s about a 10 minute walk. and you have to cross the railway, but it’s the best beach we’ve seen in Sri Lanka, up to date
