Clean and tidy, comfortable mattress and pillow, large parking place.

Very poor sound insulation, you can hear all your neigbours (talks and walking around). Neighbours had a party and noisy all the night with loud music, and there was no way to influence them without going into conflict. My room was directed to the main noisy street - due to hot weather it was necessary to keep window open, but then it was difficult to sleep. Curtain from the window was cut off and I had to look for additional ways to cover the window from the morning sun. Beds were very noisy and creaking all the time.
