"Niestety niedociągnięcia powodują, że już tam nie wrócimy."

Miła obsługa, szybko reagująca na zgłaszane problemy. Winda. Wygodne łóżka. W pokojach było ciepło, ale nie było możliwości zmiany temperatury. Parking przed hotelem dla osób niepełnosprawnych i duży parking dla pozostałych gości w niedalekiej odległości. Blisko przystanek.

Przede wszystkim, co rano, okropny smród w pokoju z powodu smażonych potraw na śniadanie. Prysznic niedomyty, dużo kamienia, barwiący osad, co sprawiało wrażenie brudnego brodzika. Deska sedesowa nieumocowana, spadająca podczas korzystania z WC. Śniadania z najtańszych produktów. Nie wszystko było świeże. Brak kontroli nad osobami wchodzącymi do budynku. Cześć nikogo nie było na recepcji. Zdarzyło się, że podczas śniadania wszedł na jadalnie pijany męższczyzna domagający się otworzenia pobliskiego sklepu. 250 zł od osoby (okolice Sylwestra) przy takich niedociągnięciach, to dużo za dużo.

Gorący polecam ten obiekt. Czysto .bardzo miły personel. Pyszne śniadanie. Blisko do term (ok. 25min ) piechotą. Duży parking .W pokoju było ciepło mimo dużych mrozów. Gorąca woda. .Chętnie wrócimy.

Brak kontaktu z obiektem. Byliśmy wcześniej na miejscu o czym obiekt został poinformowany, na recepcji czekaliśmy 30 min zanim ktoś łaskawie do nas przyszedł
