シャワールームが個室だと狭い

10 min walk to Cheongnyangni station which has a few lines that can take you all over Seoul. On the other side of the station is a cheap fruit and veg market, lots of shops etc. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Very local, with few nice local restaurants and a very cheap self service ice cream shop! Close to convenience stores, laundry, coffee shop. The guesthouse was very clean.

Biggest issue was there is no outside lock on the bedroom doors so you cannot lock your room when you leave for the day, so you have to leave your valuables in your unlocked room. Thankfully we had locks on our bags so no issues but not ideal. No mirror in the bedroom. Limited equipment in the kitchen so made it hard to make food. Only two dining chairs so not enough for all guests. Walls are incredibly thin so could hear all conversations in the common area when trying to sleep. It’s further out of the city so takes around 30-40 minutes to get anywhere central.

It was my first time back to Korea after being an exchange student last year and I needed a place that was comfortable, affordable and close enough to my old campus to see all my friends regularly. This place was exactly that! I stayed for a little over 2 weeks in the single room and I really loved it. There’s also I believe a CU or 7 Eleven close by where I would get breakfast and any late night snacks. Overall a lovely host and a lovely stay :)

No real complaints about my stay, the only thing i struggled with was the bathroom was a tad smaller than expected but manageable and the nearest train station was a bit of a walk.

The hospitality and reactivity. It's my second stay, always a pleasure to come back. Mi sun is a very good and lively person, caring and always reactive. The house is very calm and clean, you'll find everything you need and only 5 min away from metro line 1 and one of the biggest bus stations to get you everywhere around Seoul. It was a good stay. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻

El respeto y la limpieza de la anfitriona. Venía a vaciarme cada día mi cubo de basura y a hacer mi cama, pero si notaba que estaba dentro me respetaba y se retiraba.

El barrio podría haber sido un poco mejor... estaba bastante descuidado y habían muchos escombros en la calle. Pero eso no es culpa de la anfitriona.

It was the best available value price ratio place. It's clean and modern. It's not that far from the subway if you cut though the shopping centre car park. The surrounding area has lots of local bars and restaurants. There were free umbrellas the host was nice and responsive.

It's an apartment, there are rooms surrounding the living room, (which includes the kitchen.) In the living room are 2 sets of bunk beds, with a screen. There's no common area except a little table in the kitchen area.There are no locks on the doors you can here every little noise. But I got used to it. It's a shared place but it's not communal so it has the affect of when people first arrive they are opening their doors and looking at where the noise is coming from. The lady lives in the apartment above, she cleans well each day but you get the impression shes also checking on her investment. The kitchen has very few utensils or basic provisions for cooking. There were little postic notes everywhere including in my room which said things like turn the Aircon off when not in use. The bed wasn't that comfortable.
