Erg leuk dat deze riad zo dicht bij de medina ligt. Je bereikt de riad via een klein straatje, wat meteen een authentieke sfeer geeft. Van binnen is de riad erg mooi. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met een prima bed. Ik was erg blij met de communicatie, zowel vooraf als tijdens ons verblijf. Voor de verjaardag van mijn partner had ik vooraf een verzoek gedaan, en daar werd iets liefs mee gedaan. Via de riad hebben we ook een hammam met massage geboekt. Deze vond plaats bij een andere riad, op loopafstand (15-20 minuten), maar dat was goed geregeld en zeker de moeite waard. Al met al een fijne ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

De badkamer was in orde, al liep het water niet altijd even goed weg.

Situato nel quartiere ebraico Riad Alia è una piccola oasi nel centro di Marrakesh. Situato a due minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Bahia è in una posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutta la cittá! Essendo arrivati in serata, abbiamo usufruito del servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto. Comodissimo e puntuale! Abbiamo cenato più volte nel Riad. Pochi piatti ma buonissimi! Nulla da invidiare agli altri ristoranti della città! Consigliamo di provarlo. Camera spaziosissima, con affaccio sulla piccola piscina presente in struttura. Colazione eccezionale!

Amazing value for money. Our room was enormous, had a full bath and shower, huge bed, loads of space. We were really shocked at how beautiful it was. The courtyard was beautiful too. The staff were all great. Abdelhafid was so helpful from the minute we arrived. Arranged transfers, gave us recommendations and we had a great chat with him before we left. Really pleasant person and a fantastic asset to the riad. Lovely place and would highly recommend.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Riad Alia. The staff were lovely, accomodating to our late check and provided us with traditional moroccan tea. The breakfast each morning was lovely and we enjoyed the Riad's pool in the late Marrakesh afternoon heat. The room was lovely and spacious. The location is near Bahia palace and in a safe neighbourhood. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the markets and souks, with shops and restaurants along the way.
