Tour Inn

I had an excellent stay at Tour Inn. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The location was great, transfers were arranged to and from Male airport the trip completely hassle-free. It was a great find and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here here! Thank you

＜共通＞ ◆check in時、a male Indian reception staff 対して、計②回【20251214(日)pm & 2026.413(月)pm】に分けて ciedit card 決済した accommodation fee 等の ②枚の receipt の受け取りを『receipt に明記する内容【決済日・(bank chargeを含む)金額内訳 等】』を指定して依頼したが、最終的に受領する【20260419(日)pm】迄、計④回の催促 & 計⑥(/15)日間 を要した。×××××××××× ◆＜⑥(/14)泊目pm＞【20260418(土)12:35頃】a male Bangladesh cleaning staff に『tissue box ×③box』の提供を依頼した際、『少し待って【Wait two minutes.】』と言いその場を離れたが(約10分間自室前で待っていても戻って来ず)、結局、8th floor(9f)のreception迄直接受け取りに行かざるを得なかった。××××× ◆＜⑩(/14)泊目am＞【20260423(木)8:24頃】自室 door(外側) 近くの black color table(③人掛け) 上 & (その周辺の) floor 上 に【前日の晩に female family including female children が残置したと思われる】『食べ物滓【かす】』が広範囲に散乱した儘の状態で放置されており、そこに『(其々)数十匹の small ants』が群がっていた。×××××××××× ◆＜⑬(/14)泊目am〜⑭(/14)泊目pm＞【短くとも、20260426(日)9:12頃〜12:40迄の間、約3時間半程度】自室 door(外側) 近くの black color table(③人掛け) 上 に【guest が出前をとって取り寄せたと思われる】breakfast plate の食べ残し＜cubed cut watermelons＞ が放置されており、そこに『数十匹の small ants』が群がっていた。×××××××××× ＜bed room＞ ◆上階【8th floor(/9F) reception room】で発生する『chair foot が floor に 擦れたり & 当たったり する際に生じる音』が、昼夜を問わず、自室内に『大きく』響く【chair foot の先を rubber 等で覆うことで『少音 or 消音』すべき!!!

Great staff! Courteous, helpful. Room is small but it provides all the comfort for a short stay. Take the ferry from the airport. It’s only a 10 min walk to the hotel. You can also take a cab for $3 USD or less from the jetty. I recommend Tour Inn highly.

Nothing. Only one suggestion: it will be helpful to provide a price list for the minibar items and other chargeable goodies. We thought the Nespresso pods were provided free since we didn’t see the free coffee packets. No big deal but a price list will help avoid any confusion for guests.

Ci siamo fermati qui una notte per poi prendere la speedboat il giorno dopo. All’arrivo in aeroporto siamo stati accolti da due addette molto gentili che ci hanno scortato al van, occupandosi di persona di sim card e cambio denaro. Arrivati all’hotel i nostri bagagli sono stati gestiti dal personale mentre facevamo il check-in, tutto il personale è stato molto gentile. La camera basic, ma pulita, silenziosa e funzionale al nostro breve soggiorno. Vicino all’hotel c’è un café in cui fare colazione e qualche ristorante con discrete recensioni. L’hotel si trova vicino all’aeroporto/porto (circa 10/15 minuti di auto) ma non sottovalutate il traffico.

L’unico motivo per cui ho abbassato il voto è stato il transfer del giorno dopo. Il driver è arrivato con oltre 15 minuti di ritardo e ci ha lasciati al terminal sbagliato.
