Ella Secret Paradise

Mi é piaciuto tutto. Nalin è un ragazzo sveglio, gentile, che parla un ottimo inglese e sa fare il suo lavoro magistralmente. Ci ha accolti e trattato benissimo, é un ottimo cuoco quindi consiglio di farsi preparare la cena da lui, é stata una delle migliori del nostro viaggio in Sri Lanka. Parlando della camera, forse tra tutte le guest house che abbiamo girato in 14 giorni la più confortevole, se passate ad Ella dovete andare da lui. Non c'è 11 altrimenti glielo darei.

Everything !!! This was a real find and we would recommend it highly to anyone wanting a ‘get away from it all’ experience but then also be a 5 min Tuktuk ride from the hustle and bustle of Ella town. We were welcomed with a fab smoothy drink and it just carried on being fab! The owner can’t help enough - checking you have all the information, making suggestions and helping anyway he can. The bed has to be one of the best we have stayed in, coupled with a very clean and spacious room. The breakfast exceeded itself and it kept us going for the day. Thank you for looking after us , especially helping with my ‘cold’ symptoms and we would highly recommend this accommodation!!

Great place to stay, loved how it was within walking distance of Ella, but still the surroundings are very quiet and peacefull. Host is very kind, breakfast is great!

El alojamiento es el mejor en el que hemos estado y el mejor desayuno. En plena naturaleza Nalin hace que la estancia sea perfecta!

Peaceful location, easy access to train station, feels like a bit of un-touristy Ella but our host had great contacts for tuk tuks. Friendly, informative and generous host. Incredible breakfast, you have to have it, we were so full. Fruit is delicious.

Well, breakfast and dinner were literally amazing, I think ones of the best meals we had all over Sri Lanka. It is immersed in the nature in a very nice place. There are only two rooms and this keeps a very relaxed and calm atmosphere. The room and the bathroom are amazing, big and with all the necessary. View is special, I will never forget it. And the host is super kind and helpful.

Not a problem for us but be aware that the place is a little bit far away (15/20min) to the center and that the street that leads to the place is very steep.

Ella Secret Paradise is a great place to stay when in Ella. Walkable to town and in a beautiful green shaded area. Nalin the owner has put alot of thought and effort into the rooms. Very well designed and furnished. Even has a bar fridge. Beautiful bedding. Breakfast was also extremely good. Nalin was very helpful when we needed restaurant suggestions, tuk tuk transport etc

Dit was voor ons een dikke 10! Een vriendelijke, sociale host die ons meteen verwelkomt met een frisse juice. We kwamen vroeger als gepland aan en ook dat was geen probleem, alleen moest de kamer nog schoongemaakt worden. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden; goed bed, verschillende kastjes en banken voor onze spullen en vooral een handige, propere badkamer. De eerste met een muurtje waardoor de ruimte bij het toilet niet nat wordt! Ook daar was vanalles voorzien van zeep tot conditioner, oorstaafjes,... Het ontbijt de dagsnadien was heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid. We kregen als extra buffalo yoghurt met honing. Super lekker! Jammer dat we hier niet langer konden blijven.

De weg er naartoe heeft zo zijn moeilijkheden. Je neemt een kleine, smalle zijweg waar je hoopt niemand tegen te komen. Je parkeert op het einde van deze weg en doet het laatste stijle stuk te voet. Maar ook hier hielp onze host met het dragen van de zakken.
