First thing is the staff. They are very friendly. They have made us more helpful, safe, mind relaxing & supportive environment in the location. Also the location is much better we can have a quick walk to the town, Malayan cafe, Jaffna market, Bus stand and lot more. That’s really great. And also this property has AC and hot water facilities as well. For the cost this is really worthy choice.

The room which we were stay was too small and and packed one. Also the bathroom has same issue. That’s too small and packed everything. Because of that we were bit uncomfortable while having wash. This is the only issue which I’ve seen in this property. Better to check with the staff whether there are any other rooms which has more space.

Bed dressess were not clean and there were some dirty patches. Washroom is too small and difficult to get bath and turn inside it.Room was very small and not worthy for the price

I stayed here for a day. The hotel is located close to all prominent attractions in Jaffna town. The property is well maintained and is easy to reach from the bus station. The staff are friendly. Had a good stay.

Good place, but it has some disadvantages: just one towel per a couple room, too noisy because of thin walls, and huge ants in the room.
