Location is very close to main visiting places.

There was only one dinning table and had to wait until others finish their breakfast. Breakfast also not good.

The location was great, close to the city centre and the room met requirements, and was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel was fine, and the location was good. Jaffna is not a tourist destination, so the hotel reflected this

Cleaning seemed to start around 6am, and was a little noisy outside my room. Breakfast wasn't the best, and had to wait a while for it. There was no drinks provided with the breakfast.

The receptionist was helpful, and so was her night time assistant.

The room was too small, the light too bright but most of all the wifi did not work. They should not include it as a service.
