Holiday Cottage Thoddoo, Maldives

Everything was perfect! They arranged the speedboat from Male for us and we were welcomed with coconuts and other fruits. There are 8 cabins in the property and it is always very quiet. The room was spacious, very clean and it has both AC and a ceiling fan. The owner and staff were very caring and they provided us everything to make the most of our stay: good quality snorkeling gear (mask & fins), fresh beach towels daily, bikes and delicious breakfast (we loved the Maldivian breakfast!). It is one of the closest hotels to the sunset bikini beach, the biggest on the island.

Some of the bikes were a bit old, however enough to move around the small island.

Very nice place, perfect location (just few minutes from the beach by bicycle). We received wellcome drinks and fruit. Hassan, who prepares breakfast and cleans the rooms is very kind and allways therr for you. Very good breakfast, you can chose between different types (maldivran, continental, pancakes, etc.).

The prayers can be heard in the room (as everywhere else at the island).

Really nice place. Very close to sunset bikini beach. Nice, big rooms. You can change your beach towels daily aswell as daily free bottle of water and free coffee/ tea all the time. They’ve arranged our transportation from airport to the island and picked us up at the port. We even got a welcome luch which was a really nice surprise. The owner took his time to explain us the island. All in all a really nice place :)

Everything was great, great location, very close to the main beach, the hotel is very quiet and cozy. The food was also very tasty and the portions were huge. The owner and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The guy Hassan is very nice and always helped with any questions, did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend a visit to this lovely holiday cottage!

We had an amazing stay! The hospitality level is just exceptional. We felt so welcomed. The place and the atmosphere is so cozy and friendly. Thank you mr. Ali for warmest welcome and for care. We were offered free bikes to explore beautiful island and even plantation tour. Our chef cooked for us delicious and diverse meals every day. The portions were enormous. All went with a smile and full of care. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well, the room even had an open-air shower which was a great solution. We loved our stay very much! P.S. don’t forget to feed grey little kitten :)

Is close to both beaches. Ali and Hassan are very nice people, very helpful.

A hair dryer would have been useful.

The position is perfect just 5 min biking to the beach and the staff is amazing.

We had a really lovely stay with full service. Ali and Hassan are very pleasant combo to take care about your perfect holiday,hospitality,food and whole service :) Rooms are clean,cozy and contemporary :) If you travel with kid,Hassan is also a good babysitting ;)

I suggest more hangers in rooms

Everything regarding our stay was great. From arrival in heavy rain, when we were greated with snacks, fruits and fresh coconut, to wonderfuly decorated bed. Hasan was taking really good care of us. What is also a bonus when choosing this accommodation is the free usage of bicycles (other hotels charge it daily) and that this hotel is very close to the sunset beach. We can only recommend it.
