Loved the room and the private bathroom!

The Wifi was slower than other stays in Mexico City.

The quiet. Carmen was very helpful.

Not good value for money. Vanity basin was a concrete piece of junk. No shelf to put your toiletries.

Although the staff didnt speak much English, they were friendly. We found the location to be quite good and secure in the Condesa area.

Our room was inside the hotel right near the front meaning there was no outside window and it could get noisy. There is also no fan in the bathroom and only a window that opens to the hallway so it got very humid. Would recommend getting a different room at this hotel or a different hotel altogether. No potable water was provided.

Property was great, clean, great location!

They (booking.com) cancelled our reservation in the middle of our stay & we had to pack up & move hotels. We only booked the place for 4 nights!!! Needless to say this was a huge pain & seems incredibly wrong (why not cancel the people that are not already in the room?). They did pay for our other place but it doesn’t make up for the disruption, especially on such a short trip. It was stressful & took up hours of our short vacation trying to figure out what happened & then find alternate accomodations.

Great location, easy check in, we could leave our stuff there on the last day, simple but had all we need for a one night stay. It was on a fair price.
