Simple but elegant room with everything you need, and true to the pictures. The location is absolutely perfect, i would definitely come back! My room was at the front do you can hear dome traffic noise, but nothing too noisy (i stayed during the weekend)

1)there is no cleaning service. 2)the room was incredibly humid and cold, we had to keep our clothes in the luggage otherwise they will get wet for the humidity..for the same reason we had to keep the pillows under the sheets. 3)we contacted the owner to see if it was possible to have a heater for the room. They never answered. 4) the only window gives on an internal corridor. 5) room very small.

The location and price cannot be beat!!

There was a stain on our blanket and it was a little difficult to find the staff for room cleaning

Very good location in La Condesa, really close to good restaurants and bars as well as parks and taco eateries. Room was clean and basic but had everything you needed for our stay. Internet worked fine and the recommendations for restaurants in the communal area were helpful.

The room didn't have a window to the outside, which I think should be more clear in the description. Given the window was to the corridor we felt as though we needed to keep the blind shut so people didn't look into the room when walking past so there was very little to no natural light or breeze from outside. Would be unbearable in the summer given the lack of aircon
