No parking and very bad road access. There's a lot of buses and traffic honking till late in the night and as early as 4am. The staff did not speak English which is okay, but the venue should have informed us. They told us very late at night before check out that they can't take a card payment and demanded cash. The closest ATM is at least half an hour away driving.

The distance stated in the Booking.com advertisement was misleading compared to the actual distance from Ella city. As a result, we had to spend more on travel to Ella. Additionally, the dinner was overpriced, and the total amount charged for the two-day stay was higher than expected.

the beds need some attention , fresh drinking water would be good .. no shampoo or conditioner .... more signage to the hotel on roads close to hotel , as it can be difficult to find ... thankfully indicated is most helpful in driving you into town or in our case finding us and taking back to the hotel , thank you we really enenjoyed our stay.

GBThe views are just breathtaking. We woke for the sunrise each morning and it was simply stunning. The breakfast was amazing too. The journey to the location was fun too - glad I wasn't driving.
AEThe accommodation is relatively basic, however the location is incredible in terms of the view. The sunrise is beautiful! Breakfast was also really nice and the staff are super helpful.
The roads up to the property are really bumpy and windy, so it’s difficult to get up especially as we were driving our own tuktuk. However it is possible, just something to note.

SEThe view is phenomenal! Breathing. The staff is also very friendly and the breakfast is good. Definitely worth a night or two if you're passing by. Just remember that you'll need a tuktuk to the city due to its remote location.
