"Like being the King for 2 days....exceptional"

This place is a WOW! Would like to own and live there. Loft bedroom fantastic and facilities are super(incl Nespresso machine). Its a dream location and Setubal is vastly underrated.

Only not knowing it had a Nespresso machine(could have brought some more) and the Shower drain not working efficiently. Steep stairs I could cope with!

Excellent location. Very clean.

I was unaware that this was not a hotel and no reception. We arrived early in hopes of storing luggage but there weren’t any employees here.

"Beautiful, cozy accommodation in an amazing location"

Amazing location, in the heart of a pedestrian zone, with a beautiful little croissant shop down below and right by the church so you can see and hear the church bells. The room is small, but so cozy, with a beautiful and fantastic bed and two big doors that open right up. We loved our stay here in this special town.
