Fantastic hostel; Good facilities and the best staff.

Everything was good but just to mention something, I missed having better wife in the TV room. Everywhere else it worked well.

Great location, few minute walk from center and markets. You have several activities to do so it wont be boring and people were very friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend if you look for nice and chill place to stay in Saint Cristobal!

We loved the atmosphere, the ping pong and pool games in the entrance hall and the garden. Also everything is within walking distance. The offered tours are fairly priced.

The hostel works together with a tour agency so they helped us to book a tour to Lagos Montebello. We almost missed the trip because the hostel stuff told is we are being picked up at 8, but in fact it was at 7. There the communication needs to be improved because we could have lost all the money we paid and also hours of finding another way to travel on.

Nice atmosphere with cozy garden and nice facilities. Fine kitchen with fridge.

We had ants in our room - MANY of them. They went for our food. We only stayed 2 night though, and therefore didn't bother asking for help as we was going to leave soon. But i'm sure the staff would have helped if we asked - they were very friendly

The staff here are very friendly and super helpful. Hostel was always clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is near to several nice restaurants, cafes and a bakery just up the road. Value for money is great.

The wife didn’t reach our room but this was only inconvenient in the evenings.

great hostel to stay, quiet location,but still pretty close to the city center, helpful staff & volunteers, good place to socialize :)
