A special place. Welcoming, clean, great value. Very relaxed and relaxing. Beautiful balcony views catching all the days sunshine. Dinner option in the guest house is always good. Breakfasts now than satisfying. Gentle, positive and hospitable hosts.

Great location and Nora the housekeeper managed the place brilliantly. Y always being available. No English but that made no difference. She cleaned and did breakfast with a smile.

Location is very quiet if you don’t mind early morning calls from the resident cockrel. The shared toilet is in a ceramic corridor so can be noisy but everyone seems to respect the 10pm quiet time and once everyone is in bed it is extremely quiet. The rooms are great with en-suite shower and sink and we had the balcony which was fabulous looking out onto the allotments and gorge.

So it is a homestay run by a very friendly host who is a great cook. If you don't expect luxury and big rooms with great isolation, but enjoy a more down to earth, real life guest house, you will like it here! Take the time for a stroll in the palmeries!
