Relax Inn Hikkaduwa

I stayed during the off-season and this turned out to be the most suitable guesthouse I could have chosen. It has a well-equipped gym and a beautiful swimming pool, which were huge bonuses and almost exclusively mine to enjoy because of the low season. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout – they made me feel like family. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with gym and pool facilities, this is easily the best choice in the area. I would definitely return!

The guest house don’t have a card machine for Visa payments even though Booking.com lists card payment as available.

I was expecting a functinal gym, but there where only a few weights. They said they were working on the gym so it might improve in the future I guess.

Очень удобная локация, чистый номер с кондиционером , приветливый хозяин и персонал , заселили в 9 утра не надо было ждать , хороший вай фай ловит везде , свой бассейн и территория

Gym not fully functional, thousands of mosquitoes everywhere and the manager tried to pocket extra money mentioning some nonsense service charge at the checkout

Short walk from the beach, friendly staff and good pool to use. The WiFi was dodgy but the manager sorted it out straight away - very helpful

The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel and pool are kept very clean and tidy. A 10/15 minute walk to the beach. The staff allowed us to continue using the facilities after our check out time, due to our flight being later in the evening. They were very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
