Oscar and Isabel are perfect hosts. The kitchen, common areas and sleeping pods were clean. Excellent community space. Quiet at night, yet convenient location in town. Easy to walk around to everything. Chill vibe. Met a bunch of cool peeps there. Kiters, Free Divers, Hang Gliding Pilots, Baja Bikers. Pet Friendly.

We spent 1 night as we were going fishing the next day. It is a spectacular and charming place. The owner that set it up showed an obvious pride of ownership. La Ventanas has so much outdoor beauty to explore. Don't shy away from this place because it has hostel in the name. Make sure and look at all the photos of the place to make sure it is what you are looking for!

Very friendly staff, big kitchen and outdoor space, 5 min walk to the beach

Loved the kitchen setup: nice blender, coffee options, grill spacious counter space & fridge. Cute garden & seating area. Wetsuit rinse station and area to hang up wetsuits made it convenient. Super quiet except for the unexpected late night concert Friday through Saturday down the road.

Suggestion: maybe solar accent lights below the trees in the sitting area for night time instead of spotlight. It’ll bring out he beauty of the garden in the evening & still easy on the eyes.
