Stairs to top floor reception and the many keys you'll receive to open a lot of doors.

Great location - next to the metro and walkable to the Zócalo. Lovely rooftop area with a view.

Check in was very disappointing- I arrived and the intercom wasn’t working and nobody was replying on WhatsApp, so had to wait on the street for ages, then another guest let me in. The bedrooms are small and don’t have barely any charging ports, none next to the beds. The bathrooms are average and the showers only had super hot water or cold water. The main issue was check out. Firstly I was told it was not possible to store my bags after check out (which is almost unheard of for a hostel) then also I was not allowed to use the hostel facilities after check out, note I had a late bus. Then when I came back later after forgetting some clothes , the staff were mad at me for returning unannounced despite having been a guest that day. The poorest experience of a hostel in Latin America.

The location was great, staff were really lovely and helpful. Super social space.

The internet wasn't working while I was there due to storm damage, it would have been nice to be told that before arriving as I had just arrived in the country and had no sim/data to organise or plan anything.

Great atmosphere in the hostel, with very friendly staff and people who were staying. The common area with the view of CDMX helps a lot. Good price as well.

No wifi in the main area for the most of my stay, but hosts were kind to show me a separate area with wifi. It's on top of a residential building so plenty of stairs to go up.

Lovely staff, always cleaning everywhere everyday, very comfortable and safe place to stay.

Incredible spot!! Great kitchen and facilities with a gorgeous rooftop view of the city. The host was very kind and helpful and we even bumped into him on the street at his work. Also a great location!

The mattress was quite old but we are young enough that it didn't bother us haha
