The owners are lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful.

No fan or air conditioner but the room was dank and mouldy and obliged us to leave the windows open. However there were mosquitoes and the room did not have a mosquito net. Also there is a very noisy water pump activated outside the room every time someone uses an internal tap. With 6 rooms, that was frequent.

The homestay is located at the top of a hill, but it’s still only a 10 minute walk into town via the short cut. The rooms were super clean & we were glad to have hot water. The breakfast was absolutely delicious & really set us up for the day. Great value for money!

The wi-fi worked on the first night but then stopped working entirely on the second day. The walls are paper thin so you’ll be able to hear other people’s conversations.

Very nice and welcoming host, room is great, bathroom is ok. Nice welcoming tea offered. Breakfast is ok. Nice view from the room
