Everything in the appartment is very old. An old electric stove takes ages to heat.

I must say that everything was just as described. The owner was always available for communication, parking place was right in front of the accommodation, and entire environment was peaceful. Those are the things that make holidays brilliant. Beach Lučice is nearby, only 10 minutes of walking, and city beach is just right there, 2 streets down from the apartment. Inside of the apartment was clean, spacious. Thank you Mitar!

The owners of these apartments are always at your disposal. They are quite friendly and helpful, and overall they go the extra mile to make your stay amazing and unforgettable. The location from the main "Petrovac" beach is about 3-4 minutes on foot, and maybe 7-9 minutes from "Lucice" which is one of the best beaches in the whole of Montenegro. There is a local market "Voli" nearby so you're covered with groceries and everything else you might need such as a pharmacy or other kinds of shops. The balcony is quite big, we placed a kid's pool on it and had lovely dinners. Parking is also available on-site, right in from of the apartments. The owners make sure that your vehicle is both safe and parked in a legal parking/spot.

There aren't any things that I did not like, but it would be a dream come true location if you could only see the ocean/sea. The view is blocked by a hotel, however, that doesn't affect your comfort or privacy.

Great inexpensive place to stay. Perfect location. Everything is within reach in two minutes: Beach, See-Promenade, Cafes, Supermarkets. I loved that bright small apartment. Simple basic standard but very quiet , clean and comfortable. The owner speaks fluent English and is extremely kind and helpful. What ever is missing, he will provide. You can even wash your clothes there for a small fee. Beautiful place.

A small reading light would have been convenient next to the bed, but apart from that everything was perfect.
