"Very poor"

Some renovation works are going on at this property... there are sands and stones beside the entrance...and the floor is sandy....the worst thing is there were cockroaches on the bed...really scared to sleep....it was my worst stay ever ...

"Room to improve."

The location is strategic for people who needs to be at Balik Pulau either leisure or work.

1. TV box kinda sucks, cause it was not able to optimize usage due to lack of entertainment programs. 2. Internet is a funny thing too, below ok but in the master room, is better to live without it. Loading slow as snail crossing 1 meter bridge. 3. Water cooler is not cool at all too.

"Well. Still okey."

The parking is available for us (motorcycle) so a bit secure. Coway is good. Room , Bathroom is good

Not very clean. Cockroach at the curtain. Balcony dont have table to lepak. Porch a bit full with dried leaf and habuksss.
