the place worth the price! it is near to all the amenities and they provide us with all the basic necessities. and the host was very helpful

i think it'd be more pleasant if the entrance road less darker. it was quite dark and if you're not a local, it would be quite hard for you to reach the place at night.

Was a very good place to stay, would definitely recommend. The staff were lovely and friendly and welcoming. Helped me with the washing machine and where lovely, would definitely recommended

The location of the guesthouse is strategic and close enough to the town. Convenient if you are on an official business trip with a government agency in Besut, and also near to go for leisure (if you want to!) to Pulau Perhentian.

The water heater is very slow, even with the pump activated.

Easy to find, clean room with AC, lots of food places nearby. Nice to have a water machine for hot and cold water and plenty of kitchen equipment available.
