Perfectly clean and comfortable apartment. Clear check in instructions from the host who permitted an early check in and also allowed us to leave our bags with him for a few hours on the day of check out. He registers you as a tourist also, which is a legal requirement for accommodation hosts but not everyone in Kotor does it. The shower and washing machine were good, and the kitchenette has basic cooking facilities for preparing meals. The bed was comfortable, nice that both sides had a bedside lamp and a nice view of the mountain out the window. The location was a little outside of the busiest tourist part of Kotor which was lovely. Takes 20 minutes to walk into the centre.

If you are in Kotor with family, you have to stay here! The apartments are modern with all the facilities you need. It is right opposite the bay and offers scenic views from the apartment as well. The host is brilliant too and very helpful. We wanted to stay near the bay so it was ideal for us. If you want to go to the old town, then it is around 15-20 mins flat walk and mainly across the bay so you enjoy the scenic views whilst you walk.

Bir hafta boyunca arkadaşlarımızla kaldık. Çok güzeldi ve merkeze (Kotor old Town’a) sahilden yürüdüğünüzde 30 dakika sürüyordu ama manzarada yürümek çok keyifliydi. Yakınında bakery ve market vardı. Balkonumuz kısmi deniz görüyordu. Evin içinde her türlü yemek yapacak malzeme (tencere, tava, kaşık, bardak vs.) mevcuttu. Girişteki dolapta ütü, fazladan havlu ve temizlik malzemeleri bulabilirsiniz, bu çok iyi olumlu bir şey. Ev sahibimize ne zaman mesaj atsak her zaman cevap verdi ve bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Harika bir tatil geçirdik. Gelecek yaz deniz tatili için de gelmeyi ve bu evde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.

Mr Dusan is very polite and tried to help us whenever we needed something. The place is also well located. I highly recommend here

Everything was amazing! The view from the balcony is spectacular. Dusan was very kind and always there to help. we arrived very late, and he was very generous to pick us up from the bus station to the apartment :) The location was great. Only about 20 minutes walk to the old town, but there are also buses that take about 5 minutes (Blue Line). There's a lovely walk by the lake to the old town from the apartment it was breathtaking! There's also a bakery, pharmacy, and shops right across the road. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay.

Everything was great!

We had an unforgettable stay in Kotor! The room was cozy and had everything we needed – a comfortable bed, a well-equipped little kitchen, and a clean bathroom. The location couldn’t be better: just a short, beautiful walk along the coast to the Old Town, and only 2 minutes to the beach. But what truly made our stay special was our host. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His warmth and generosity made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcome. We are so grateful for his hospitality – it really made our time in Kotor even more memorable. We would love to come back one day and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home in the heart of Kotor.
