It is cheap and they have a beautiful garden. Extra blankets I was feeling cold

Some of the rooms were not clean like room 12. Upstairs rooms are not safe for toddlers but were given those rooms anyway. The manager was not as warm as indicated by other reviews. She has a take it or leave it attitude. She did not greet us or introduce herself to us.

Very good value for money with everyday room service and a good breakfast.

It is in a quiet area.

1. Upstairs is not safe for children as there are no barriers. They can easily fall from the first floor. 2. The manager did not show good customer care. For example she shouted at my 6year old child for playing with a Christmas deco. When we ordered scrambled eggs we got plain omelet and she would not listen to our explanation. She showed a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude from the booking itself. 3. Room 12 was not very clean. We had to open all doors and window for freshness. The wash basin was smelly.

The room was a bit small but it was comfortable

A very convenient place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and lovely buffet breakfast. Security guards always on duty. They accommodated us with our Mountain Bikes after racing Desert Dash.

The cooked breakfasts could have been a little better. In the end not critical as there was a huge buffet.
