Fish factory -The real Lofoten experience

When we arrived we were welcomed by our host Ruben. He showed us around and explained they were doing some renovations. He was just finishing up with house cleaning and he did an exceptional job. The room was clean and very comfortable with great views. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. All the cabinets and drawers were labeled. Each room has a shelf for dried goods and a shelf in the refrigerator. Very well organized. It was very windy one day and the WiFi was knocked out, I wrote to Ruben and he immediately responded with a solution. Did I mention there is free laundry and detergent! The location was perfect, half way between all of the places we wanted to visit. Great restaurants in the area too! For the cost of our stay this was a great value. Thank you!

Well set up with private rooms with a double bed, desk, shelves, and plenty of places to hang things. The shared bathroom and kitchen are great. The location is on the water and has beautiful views.

It's not close to cafes/shops/amenities so you'll most likely need a car. Leknes is only a 10min drive away

Big apartment in calm area right next to water, equipped kitchen, common room, good wifi, clean room and furniture.

The view is amazing from the room, like a painting! Nice basic room and shared bathroom is nice, clean and new. It was awesome having a washer and dryer for free! A big plus! Common areas like the living room and kitchen were also very nice and had great views. Free parking also a plus! I never met the hosts personally, but they responded quickly and check in was easy. Work is being done on the place at this moment and they were kind and explained ahead of time about it.

Only thing is you need a car to stay there. There is one restaurant walking distance and a hike a bit further away. Otherwise great!

The whole place (not exact room) is under heavy renovation at the moment. No mention when making the reservation.

The property was still under renovation, but the the bedrooms, living area and kitchen were modern and clean.
