Quiet Boutique Generous Breakfast

The property had everything I needed for my stay and was very cute, clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and had clearly gone to lots of trouble to ensure a positive experience, including the generous breakfast that was promised. Lovely homemade cookies and marmalade and other refreshments provided. The area was very quiet and just around the corner from Awapuni Racecourse where i was headed - so a great location. Great location, quiet and peaceful

Jenny and Doug were amazing. Lots of care into the place. Homemade goodies like cookies and marmalade from produce out the back garden. Awesome spot :)

Ontbijt was super lekker, vriendelijke ontvangst, rustige omgeving!

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was cosy space wise but we were there for only one night. The breakfast was excellent as were the homemade cookies. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. We suggested perhaps a mat in the shower as I found it a bit slippery when getting out as it was a decent step down.

I did struggle with the access steps into the accommodation as there is no hand rail. My balance and mobility is not the best.

Es war ein total gemütliches Zimmer und die Lage war echt toll und es war total ruhig. Durch den Garten hat es immer total gut geduftet und das Frühstück war einfach aber total ausreichend. Es gab selbstgemachte Marmelade, Müsli und Kekse. Es war total liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
