Ladysmith Cottage

It was peaceful, had a beautiful outlook. Its always better when the weather is good...and it was. Handy to town and the Clutha Gold Cycle trail. Hard to fault.

Lovely rural location but close to town. A comfortable and relaxing stay . Enjoyed watching sheep graze beyond our bedroom window.

Breakfast was above expectations..excellent venison patties and farm fresh eggs! Location..peaceful and stunning. Facilities also excellent…very tastefully decorated. Comfortable and clean.

Would’ve been good to have instructions on how to use oven…we worked it out eventually. Communication was limited…made 3 trips to main house to find out where the key was, asking for milk and for breakfast.

Very spacious and private. Great outside space with fabulous view. Comfortable bed. It was great to be able to take our dog. Hosts were very kind and loaned us some bikes for the bike trail.

What a beautiful spot! We were greeted on arrival by Vicky who gave us a full guided tour, explaining everything. It really felt like nothing was too much trouble. We were using the cottage as the start and end point for a bike ride and we hadn't thought about what we would do with our car until we arrived. Vicky was kind enough to allow us to leave the car parked there for a few days without hesitation. Great host, fabulous location, super comfortable beds, great shower....Whats not to love. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in the area.

gorgeous cottage in a beautiful rural setting. very lovely, generous hosts. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Ladysmith Cottage to everyone. it is also a fantastic spot for families.

Great new cottage in awesome location. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Outlook to mountains particularly good.

Seriously, very little.

The bed is comfortable. The surrounding area is nice and serene. Equipped with basic necessities.

Dusty at the toilet door knob, side tables and bench outside the house.
