City central apartment – modern, private & quiet

Location great, very clean, warm and comfortable, lovely hosts, and reasonably priced.

Nowhere to work from: like a deck/work station and chair? A minor thing but I was in town to work and lying on the bed trying to use my laptop wasn't the best.

It was nice an quiet an quite cozy

There are no cameras as my ute got broken into an my power tools stolen an it cost me quite a few grand an if they had cameras the cops be able to track the theives down

Everything - It was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a pleasure to stay in. Only a short walk into town and a supermarket just on the next block. It was well equipped.

Can't think of anything to dislike.

I loved the strange combination of old Invercargill architecture with a little bit of Cuba-Mexico in the backyard and the interiors colours. Great character. I felt very much at home in the cosy annex. Anna kindly helped me out with transport when my flight out was cancelled due to fog. So much cool development going on in Invercargill without doing away with the special heritage buildings.

Just one small detail. A larger wash basin in the bathroom would have been better.
