Very nice place and everything was very clean. Nice owners also. Nice and quiet, private and clean.

Feel a little cheated though as the advert for this place showed amazing views over Waihi Beach - which this place do not have. On contrary, it is situated at the back of a house up a terrible driveway with very limited views and dar away from Waihi Beach. False advertising but nothing else that i could put my finger on.

It was very clean and tidy.

Needs a few small additions, a stool in the bathroom or hooks on back of door to hang your clothes on while you shower. A bottle opener and can opener would be appreciated too.

The studio is clean and tidy. The beds are comfy and the shower was good too. Perfect for one person on a work trip for a night or two if you are using the place just to crash at night.

There was no air con and the fan there was very poor so it became extremely hot so we had to stay outdoors most of the time as we could not stay inside. At night, once we closed the door it quickly became very warm and couldn't enjoy the comfy bed as much. This place would have been perfect for winter, or for one person on a work trip just to sleep at night. Another disappointing factor was the views shared about the property does not apply as we had no views and only view are of containers in a backyard (so sitting on the deck to enjoy the view if the room is too hot is also out of the question). There were no DVD's or books as advertised so entertainment wise there was not much to do inside. In a nutshell, if you are a couple who wanted to relax inside the property for the weekend then suggest doing it in winter and bring all the entertainment you need or be prepared to spend most of your time outside elsewhere only to sleep in here. The photos of the views need to be updated to reflect the reality of the property along with some of the contents being advertised pls. Our wedding anniversary weekend getaway was disappointing as we really wanted to relax at the property and couldn't do so due the factors mentioned above.

Location was perfect and was so private . Never met the hosts but they gave great directions and left the information so there was no need. I know if we needed anything they would be willing to help
