"Hospitable, affordable, and clean!"

We loved this place! It smelt so clean and was so clean the moment we stepped foot inside. There js a communal kitchen, but we also had a fridge in our room. There was a beautiful place in the back to sit and relax. Hamed arranged a tour for us to Jabal Shams and it was so convenant and fantastic and well priced. Honestly this place exceeded my expectations.

Not a thing. Everything was Perfect!

"Superb"

Spotlessly clean and the fragrance of Arabian incense. Self service kitchen with everything you need. An area outside to sit and relax. Owner gives advice on local attractions and things to do. There is no sign at the house, it is a residential house, the guesthouse is the back part of the house. You need to establish communication with the owner on WhatsApp so that when you arrive he can come and show you in.

Was hotter inside than out so needed air con.

A warm welcoming host. Nice sitting area outside. Kitchen available to make tea and coffee. Modern building just 6 years old. Close to a great restaurant Given many ideas of tours in the area

Sadly TV not working but sure it will be fixed soon

The location was perfect for the outdoor activities that we did. Also, close to Misfah, Bahla, Nizwa. having a kitchen and cooking our own meals with what we like best. Clean and well-stocked kitchen.
