Villa Jovana Sea View

It is a clean, organised accommodation. They were friendly, helpful people. It is very close to the centre, the view is great. Very good in terms of price - performance. Thank you for everything.

The balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the old town and the sea. The location was perfect and the host was nice!

I booked this room because on Booking it said to have a 'big bed', but the bed was very small (140), which was not comfortable for my partner (who is a tall and broad guy) and me. Due to this we weren't able to sleep properly. The shower wasn't attached to the wall, due to which we had to shower while holding the shower head in our hands.

Our stay at Villa Jovana was amazing! It’s run by a lovely mother and daughter who were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with everything—from arranging taxis, giving directions, to recommending great local restaurants and places to visit. The room was spotless, and the sea view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. Their homemade treats made our stay even warmer. If I ever come back to Budva, I would definitely stay here again!

Чудесная вилла, потрясающий вид с балкона, уютный номер, в котором есть все необходимое. Особая благодарность Санье, очень душевной, замечательной хозяйке) Все блистало чистотой, ежедневно влажная уборка. Радушно встретила, уже в холодильнике нас ждал тортик и охлажденная вода и сок. Почти каждый день Санья кормила нас выпечкой, подарила бутылку вина) Помогала во всем, на любую просьбу сразу откликалась. Много ездим, бывали в самых разных отелях, но такой милой душевной хозяйки еще не встречали) Местоположение виллы замечательное, 10 минут - и вы в старом городе, еще несколько минут -на пляже Могрен с чистейшей прозрачной водой. Пишут про множество ступенек, но есть путь пологий, правда, чуть длиннее, но гораздо легче, там остается только к вилле подняться по ступенькам. Если бы дом был внизу, не было бы потрясающего вида с балкона. Фотографии на букинге абсолютно соответствуют действительности. Есть кухонный уголок на этаже с необходимой посудой. Еще раз спасибо Санье, мы от Вас и вашей виллы в восторге! Процветания вашему отелю)

Beautiful room with amazing view. Lovely staff who kept the place so nice and brought cake every morning/evening! We loved the balcony and the rolm was perfect :)

Beware of the amount of stairs to get in/out of the apartment!

Hosts were soooo nice, thank you for the börek and apple pie🥰 every inch of the room was so clean and the view is… magnificent!

We liked the view from the balcony, eating on the balcony with a stunning view. The host was nice and brought us cookies. However, we need to mention, if asked some essential things, on some unknown reasons, she refused to do them (as to call taxi to the airport for us)

The day before departure, we asked the owner to call taxi for us for 5:45 the next day in the morning, and... she said she "does not make reservations of taxi for her guests, we need to do this by ourselves..." and without any more words, retired into her room and closed the door. Later on, she sent us a local phone to make a reservation and the link to their local software, similar to Uber. We installed and checked the software - it did not work either with our american phone number, or with russian - it worked with local phone numbers only...::)) There is no Uber or anything in Montenegro... To call on the local phone to make a reservation, we did not even have it a chance - big rouming charges, they might not understand which street we tell them (it is difficult to pronounce them) and might come to a different location, and we will be waiting them at 5:45 in the morning... To find this location of the villa is difficult in general - the street has two names, old and new ones, which creates confusion... Besides, we read that if we go with meters, drivers can tell foreigners any amount at the end... Of course, the host should have called and organized all this for us... To make the story short, instead of spending last day on the beach, we spent it at home, trying to figure out what to do... Finally, we called to hotel Svetionik, where we stayed before and where they did transfer for us from the airport, and they did us a big favor and organized transfer from Villa Jovana to airport... Will we come to Villa Jovana again? I don't think so. One more thing that everybody should know - to get to the beach and back, you need to overcome 140 steps... it was ok for us, but this information is missing...
