Super friendly, helpful hosts. They were very patient with me even though I don't speak Spanish. They still took the time to get to know me and my travel plans

Very nice large room with large window in a quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen basic equiped to use. Minimarkets near by. Easy to get to the center by bus. Friendly owners.

Not the best shower.

Everything was great ! Large room. Quiet area. Use of kitchen. Large bathroom.

No sign. The water stream in the shower was bad.

- The shower was hot with good pressure. - The room is spacious and comfy (TV that can play YouTube videos), with a shared kitchen outside. - The owners Mrs. Ruth and her husband are very nice. They lent me a hair dryer and helped keep my luggage after checking out. - WiFi was strong and stable. - The neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

- It's a bit far away from the city center, but it's not a big deal with buses and Uber (affordable! around 10 soles to the city center).

Escaping from this aggresive woman, and gaining the taxi driver as a friend, after he witnessed me paying her, while I did a video recording, as she was shouting at me in the taxi.

My reservación was for 18 dollars, but they want YOU to PAY for THEIR commission on Booking, so that you pay for their adverts. When you show your booking, she will show you hers, which includes the commission that THEY have to pay. This Is DECEIVING AND ROBBING guests. If you refuse, they will threaten to throw a 59 year old single British woman onto the street with 2 suitcases in a small, deserted passageway with no taxis. They will then continue to harrass you after 11pm at night for money, and I had to threaten her with the police. The next morning when I left, she refused to give me a receipt for my money when I was leaving in the taxi, the driver witnessed this and I did a vídeo recording showimg me getting out the money, and I will upload it on social media if this woman continúes to lie, under the name advertised here. The WiFi is useless and you can't even get a 5 Mbps speed standing at any of the 4 routers on all floors Consequently, I couldn't pass my Speed test to teach online and I lost money through missed lessons. The hosts have continued to lie to Booking saying that I left without paying even though I have the the taxi man as a witness and I made a video recording showing the serial number on the note I gave her!! I previously went to the ”Casa del Consumidor" In Colombia for a similar host, and I will do the same in Peru and go to the police unless these hosts stop lying.

Friendly and easy going staff.Fresh towels and bed linen.There is all you need as a traveller within a 5 minute walk.The host organised my trips for me too.Very good base for travelling around Cusco.
