Simple to access with the instructions provided by the host (just the minor comments in the didn't like section). The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay and had good WiFi connectivity, range of sockets, tea/coffee, and fridge. Pleasant courtyard gives a homely feel.

You need to be careful crossing the busy road outside and the pavement is narrow there. Some traffic noise from the road, but not disturbing. Maybe I missed it but the instructions did not include the WiFi password, but the host responded very quickly when requested. Locating the room inside the courtyard was not obvious, it took me a few minutes to find the room; better instructions would help future guests (also how to use the access fob at the entrance). But these things didn't spoil my experience.
