Un des lits a cassé à l’étage mais la dame a tout de suite pris les choses en main et offert une nouvelle chambre à mon amie

Nice place for relax

I hadn't stay on the street till 4am.

I feel pity for this Baiba, but trust me, she is an exception, we Latvians in general are not like her. I walked all day long by the beach and missed my bus for 2 min. It was the last bus to get to my rented flat. A very kind lady in the nearest Citro shop managed to get a call to Vītoli to arrange my stay till the first bus in the morning. The owner Baiba showed me a small room for three, where you can barely walk and nothing(!) where to place your belongings, except some clothes hangers, for 40 euros. I nearly lost my speech, because I was staying in Kauguri in a perfect (I gave 10*) studio flat with only room 4x bigger than this for 30 euros. And before in Liepāja in a perfect (I gave 10*) studio flat reasonably sized for 30 euros. And in the centre of Riga in the room for 1 person (bigger than this for 3) for 18 euros. But I had no choice. Later Baiba wrote to me - "Neviens taču Jūs aiz rokas iekšā nevilka!" - No one pulled you in by the hand! So typically for shameless people. And yes, in all three places I am mentioning, there are tea, coffee, snacks and in Kauguri every guest is welcomed with a surprise chocolate "Happiness is here" ... :) I didn't get any cup of tea, sandwich, or scrambled eggs ... Baiba is sure, she saved money, in fact she so miserably sold blessings. But that's not all. Because of internet probs, I couldn't transfer payment and ATMs there are not any. Baiba wrote me her account details and we separated. On the way back, unfortunately some numbers of account rubbed off, because of the bus shaking for nearly 3 hours.I could easy disappear, Baiba hadn't any of my details. But I found Vītoli on booking.com and got in touch with her. Now she asked for 50 euros and was absolutely "deaf" :) when I did mention 40 euros. She accused me I should know situation before I agreed. Pathetic. HOW should I know about her enormous inhumanity and greediness?

Patika komunikācija ar saimnieci. Patīkami ierīkota terase ar visu nepieciešamo, neņemot vērā ka esam jau ar pieredzi un bija lietas līdzi, kas tikai papildināja iespējas. Ērta, mājīga nakšņošana. Mājīga atmosfēra.

Nepatika, ka nebija vairāk laika lai izbaudītu vietu un apkārtni.
