"Don't get fooled by the name or the photos. They are all fixed! Dirty, cheap, and unhealthy!"

The location was good.

In the photos it looks like ground floor rooms, it doesn't mention that most of the rooms are UNDERGROUND!!!! Yes! Underground with small windows. It looks like the place used to be a cellar or a bomb shelter! The floor was pained concrete. The rooms were dirty, full of spider webs. There are bugs crawling around in the room!!!
