The hotel is just amazing and perfectly located in a quiet area just outside the city center. Kevin and the rest of the staff made our stay particularly special.

We loved our stay at Ksar Char-Bagh!First and foremost, the entire team of staff are amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to fill our trip with warmth and hospitality, giving us great ideas and setting us up in beautiful places during the day and in the evening. The grounds are stunning but peaceful, offering a real feeling of escape. The food, a good portion of which is grown on-site in the lovely vegetable gardens(!!), is varied and delicious. We would definitely recommend the experience and come back again!

The Hotel setting is wonderful. It looks the part and we were not disappointed when we stepped inside. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The gardens and pool to the rear of the hotel were well tended, quiet and peaceful. From the outset the staff were remarkably friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel manager, Mr Kevin Ceccarelli, was attentive, concerned for his guests throughout and brought the personal touch, making everyone feel comfortable and special. The Ksar Char-Bagh Hotel is a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The hotel lies a few miles from the centre of Marrakech and does involve having to get driven into the city. The staff were very helpful and arranged everything on our behalf, but you do have to factor in a little bit more time to be able to enjoy the city to the utmost.

In my opinion grossly overpriced, location was not good seemingly in the middle of nowhere with about 25 min drive from the centre of town at a cost of 20-30 Euros each way. I'm not sure what criteria was used to gain entry of the hotel to Small Luxury Hotel of the World. Certainly we were expecting much better having stayed in 3 other hotels during our few days in Marrakesh (Jardins de la Koutoubia, Mamounia and Maison Arabe) all of which offered good value for the price. Virtually no signal for Wifi. The gym if you could call it that was a joke and I can only think they needed to have a gym to tick the box for the hotel ranking. The pool looked dirty. We had a suite which reminded me of my student days. I cannot say anything positive about this hotel and was very disappointed.

This hotel was amazing. Exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt like staying at our own private palace. It has one of the coolest pools I've ever seen. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the architecture is really stunning. The rooms are very comfortable, I didn't even leave ours one of the days, just ordered room service and relaxed. The staff is great, professional and friendly. We stayed in the medina for a few days when first arriving in Marrakech, so our time at the Ksar Char-Bagh was a bit of a break from the craziness. It was our time to relax, and relax we did. The hammam helped with that too. The beds are crazy comfy. What else?? Our expectations were exceeded. Can't wait to go back!
