Villa Pointe Aux Piments

Here you can feel the real atmosphere of Mauritius. We stayed for 21 days. This was our base for exploring the island. There are beautiful beaches nearby, delicious food in a cheap restaurant and a cafe with coffee and muffins, yum. There is a bus stop next to it and you can park your rental car in the hostel's courtyard. Modest but clean. And most importantly, the owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks to such hostels, Mauritius is accessible to every budget.We never dreamed that we would spend a month in Mauritius and Rodrigues.😊

It a value for money product, what you pay is what you get in terms of facilities and services. Overall, it’s property that’s kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It’s a generally located in safe and quiet area. I wouldn’t staying there again. The owner is a good, friendly and goes an extra mile in making sure that you enjoy your stay.

With the price, there isn’t much that you can expect, it’s basically a bed with clean linen.

I had a great stay at Villa Pointe Aux Piment.The owner is friendly and very helpful.He arranged a rental car at a very affordable price.The rooms are neat and has an ensuite.It's near public transport (bus),small stores (where you can buy fresh vegetables etc.) and a few local restaurants.
