Very good location and very friendly staff and the price was really fair.

Room air is very very moist and smells, our towels and also our clothes started smelling as a result. Bed was rather small and uncomfortable.

Clean, well equipped, nicely located and very comfortable apartment.

Everything was fabulous

1-Hidden from the main road 2-The garden 3-The terrace 4-Good bed. 5-Fully furnished kitchen A very reactive guardian at the gate until very late. My friend used to pick me up and as soon as she was parked front of first gate he was coming to the car to check.

1-Maybe the fridge is a bit too noisy 2-For some people not having much choice on TV channels but not a problem for me as I do not watch TV 3-Moisture on ceiling in the bathroom and main room, probably a leak from upstairs in the past. 4-The way to get to the premises that is easily flooded, one day it was rainy left the building to go for shopping on my return I could not get to the building because there was 20 cm of water between the two gates, waited 2 h before someone next door gave me a 20 m lift to reach the gate. 5-Street dogs but that is a recurring problem across the island. 6-A noisy gate, a bit of oil would do the job. Overall the accommodation met my expectation, great location, friendly staff, perfect stay. I would stay again at this property.

It was clean

There wasn't sufficient parking. It was very hard to get in and out with the driveway being a parking area as well as a road to get out on the main road.

Had a lovely stay at La Perla Holiday Apartments! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Ideal for a relaxed seaside break. Would definitely stay again!

I ended up coming to Péreybère on my own, and this apartment would work very well for either one or two people. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and has everything that you could need. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful, but I enjoyed complete privacy. There is a short drive/walk to the building off the main road, making for a peaceful place to stay that is still just steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, stores, and stops for buses going to Grand-Baie, Port-Louis, and Cap Malheureux. Winner's grocery store is only a 10-minute walk away. Péreybère beach is cute and lively, and it is an easy walk to Pointe d'Azur. I often had the beach there to myself and could walk along it all the way to Bain Boeuf. A truly gorgeous part of the world.

Conveniently located near the beach and central Grand Baie, the stay offered both comfort and variety. The beds were cozy and the shower had great pressure.

I would have appreciated a coffee machine and I recommend replacing the oven, as it appeared to have a gas leak. My only other dislike was the daily pile of trash in the alley leading to the apartment.

Being so close to the amazing beach, supermarket and bus stop. Lovely staff, we were very well looked after. Appartment had everything we needed (except beach towels)

Several flights of stairs to get to the penthouse but we were aware before and we did not mind too much.
