Island Charm is a relatively new guest house with apartments that have a generous living space and kitchen complete with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove top, and enough plates, cups, etc. to go around. It is located in the town of Flamenco, but is a short golf cart/jeep ride to any of the beaches on Culebra as well as the town of Culebra itself. There is a delightful store/juice shop, D's Garden, within easy walking distance to Island Charm.

A couple of cats came round, but they were easily shoed away. The island has an abundance of roosters that crow in the morning. You couldn't escape their noise no matter where you stayed! You get used to it, and it simply adds to the charm of the location.

The location.

That you have to up keep property prior to leaving. Also poor service through out our stay. I mentioned the bathroom lights were out to property manager. Which was told upon arrival. The issue was never fixed at all. I also never received any additional clean towels.
