Muito limpo e boa localização

A Júlia foi muito prestável, sempre disponível e muito amável.

Alojamento a necessitar de um refresh, mas adequado para 1 ou 2 noites.

Sehr gute Lage. Zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Bietet auch geführte Tagestouren an. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Breite des Bettes. Ist aber im Vergleich zum sonstigen Abgebot für uns vernachlässigbar.

maison locale piroresque très bien située à Velas, dans le centre proche du port. Accueil très chaleureux de l’hôte, très arrangeant pour les heures d’arrivée, les bagages. chambres aux lits confortables.

Sur deux nuits passées dans 2 chambre s différentes, l’une était trop chaude la nuit malgré les deux ventilateurs, en l’absence d’air conditionné.

Struttura con spazi comuni ben gestiti e abbastanza grandi. Posizione super, a 5' dal porto di Velas e dalle spiagge. Menzione per Júlia, la proprietaria, super disponibile a tenere i bagagli anche dopo l'orario del checkout.

A házigazda és családja nagyon vendégszerető, figyelmes és kedves. Segítettek a komptól a szállásig eljutni (bár tényleg közel volt), ajánlottak strandot, látnivalót. Velas belvárosában, nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, a közelben egy szuper jó stranddal, éttermekkel és igényes üzletekkel. Velas település és az egész sziget nagyon rendezett, igényes kilátókkal, strandokkal és parkokkal. Mi egész nap kirándultunk, de reggel a szállás teraszán reggeliztün. A szoba és fürdőszoba tiszta.

Nekünk az ágy volt kicsit kényelmetlen.

Julia war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ihr Mann hat uns von der Fähre mit dem Auto abgeholt. Waren nur eine Nacht, aber es war alles bestens.

A very conveniently located stay with lovely rooms and comfortable, pretty much everything.

All was good, including the price.

- Very well located near the supermarket and the main bus stop, not far from the lovely center of Velas - excellent value for money for Sao Jorge because of the lack of accommodations (avoid the crappy overpriced youth hostel in Calheta -just a scandal that they charge 80 € minimum for a bed) - the kitchen place is ideal to meet people ! - Julia Bettencourt, the hostess, is efficient and very helpful

The bedrooms on the street are noisy but it is quite common in the Açores because of the cars driving fast on cobblestone roads
