Atlantis 12, maison d'hôtes et d'art

It is an exceptional place, where you can touch the art, because it is almost everywhere ;) We were so lucky to find this place by the chance. Close to Essaouira But located in the calm place. The Appartment was really beautiful and comfortable with really nice surroundings ( pool, roof terrace and the fountain). Staff was really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommend!

The owners are lovely, the spacious rooms surrounded by outdoor and indoor cozy Seats . cats, puppies and the magnificient breakfast!!!

We stayed for a week and had an unforgettable new year's eve at Atlantis 12. The home cooked meals were delicious. The team is sophisticated and kind. They definitely made us feel like home. A vacation to remember!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms were beautifully designed. Would definitely come back for a peaceful getaway.

We felt very comfortable. 3 weeks became 5, strangers became friends. A quiet oasis of well-being in the countryside, yet only a 20-minute drive from Essaouira. The rooms are very authentically and cosily furnished and the fireplace in the evening invites you to dream. The bed is also extremely comfortable. The roof terrace offers a beautiful view. The breakfast is good and rich. We will be back, we can recommend this accommodation, its owners and staff 100%. Balm and relaxation for the soul. If you are looking for some peace and quiet in exceptional accommodation, Atlantis 12 is the place to be. The welcome and hospitality of the hosts are unforgettable for us. The sleeping room, the sitting area with a small fireplace and the bathroom are very tastefully and beautifully decorated. This also applies to the beautiful and spacious common rooms. Thus, we felt extremely comfortable in the generously laid out property, also, or just because of the very friendly dogs and cats. The incomprehensibly negative assessment of the guest Hans regarding the accommodation is therefore absolutely incomprehensible to us. It is true that the access road to Atlantis 12 is a bit bumpy... but the term "off-road" is pure nonsense... for someone in possession of a driving licence, this should be manageable.

It would be helpful to have a bell at the entrance gate.
