A atenção da funcionária em tentar resolver o problema de falta de água quente e aquecimento do quarto e no banheiro , em pleno inverno.

Do descaso dos superiores.( donos? Proprietários ?) em nao reconhecer a dramatica situação. Ficamos sem tomar banho quente!.

Quarto lindamente decorado. Cama confortável.

Dos banheiros. Água do chuveiro não esquentou, o que foi péssimo. Estamos no inverno, temperatura de 6°. O hotel deveria oferecer um banho quente. Além disso, o box era extremamente pequeno.
