The area around the apartment seems like a pirate ghetto..it's not very pleasant to walk around at night.there are a lot of suspicious people around..the sink in the bathroom is almost unusable because it's about 20 cm..it's impossible to wash your face or hands..you have to do everything in the shower cabin..sound insulation is almost non-existent inside the building..so it is recommended to have earplugs..The pictures on the website are only from the first floor of the building, which has been renovated.. the other floors are old and the doors are without insulation.. that is a totally different picture of the building.. and there are 2, 3 and 4 floors.. My pictures are from the second..

Good location, smallest room i have ever seen, same with the bathroom, where was impossible to sit on the toilette and you have to climb into the shower over it. For one night stay fine.

Kinda hard to use the bathroom, misimg proper curtain, which is hard in PT - impossible to sleep in the early morning. Smell from people cooking in the shared kitchen.

The staff were very helpful especially the housekeeping team and Mr.Gurung at the reception. You need to double check which room you will stay in as there's a room I had to change it it was like a prison, you need to double check about the size, the photos to make sure that it's the right one you have booked. The most negative thing at this facility is the kitchen , it's a nightmare, there's a lot or Cockroaches and I told the staff many times to find a solution, i hope that they will find a way as it's really bad to see it.

it would be better to look after the kitchen and clean it.

Very strong smell of mould remover/some other chemical. No window in the room. Aircon didn't seem to work?
