The location was a highlight and the size of the Deluxe family room was incredibly big! I read reviews referring to noise but fortunately, I didn't experience that!

The views from the 4th floor are amazing but there are too many stairs to climb as the building doesn't have a lift. You must be fit to get up and down stairs.

We could arrive after midnight and access the room.

It could not be better given the price. The support remote support was very attentive and nice and although the bathroom is shared, it was always very clean. Very good!

Ended up in A&E after stabbing my foot with a screw sticking from a floorboard next to the bed. Extremely noisy, with paper thin walls, and long waits to take a shower. Given the price is dreadful value per money.

Nice hostel in the heart of Lisbon. Great location, very clean, and with cool views of the city. Good kitchen and bathroom. The room is beautiful and spacious. Nice staff!

Clean place, we stayed only one night there. Very good communication with the host, he made sure constantly that everything was okay. Many pasticeria and coffee places around.

Great location and responsive host. Shared bathrooms were not ever an issue.

Lots of stairs as mentioned, but that didn’t bother us.
