Loved the location, the view from the room and having doors to look out on a mini balcony from the fourth floor. The place was very clean, and there's a private A/C unit/heater in the room to keep you comfy despite the weather! The bathroom and kitchen were also very clean and other guests seemed very respectful of those places and kept them tidy as well. The host, Telmo, was also very communicative and shared local recommendations, which I loved! He was easy to get in touch with as needed.

The bed in room 4 is sinks in really dramatically in the middle and probably needs to be replaced. It was comfortable enough for me, as a solo traveler, but for any couples travelling, I think this bed would be very uncomfortable. It's also on the 4th floor with access by stairs only (which I was expecting from when I made my booking), so is not be a great location for those who are not fit and able bodied! Getting my luggage upstairs was doable, but it definitely made me sweat.

La situation est idéale et même s'il était compliqué de monter mes 2 grosses valises jusqu'au dernier étage avec un escalier assez étroit, le positionnement au 4ème limite les nuisances sonores de la rue.

Le manque de ventilation. Il faut ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air, sans être obligé de mettre la clim. Le partage de la salle d'eau et WC. L'adresse identifiée dans le bon reçu n'est pas en adéquation avec la véritable adresse (attention)
