The owner was responsive and easy to reach. He sent a helpful list of suggestions of things to see and places to eat. I liked that he sent me a message the day after I arrived to make sure everything was good. These things matter! The place was very clean! As described in my reservation, my room had a balcony, and the air-conditioning worked really well! That made my summer visit MUCH more comfortable! The kitchen facilities were excellent and--again--very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Other guests were noisy on the first night, but the owner contacted them and there were no problems after that.

The location of the hotel (if you can call it that) was good, and the AC worked well which was important. Bathroom was kept reasonably clean.

The staircase leading up to the unit is very narrow and difficult to get a suitcase up. The listing shows lots of photos of the main unit, but the room I actually got was tiny. The bathroom is shared. The mattress was broken and collapsed in the middle, and it was basically springs with a layer of fabric on top; so extremely uncomfortable. The shared shower had a broken floorpan which collected water underneath it and smelled bad.
