Прежде всего, следует поблагодарить хозяйку Таню, которая регулярно выходила на связь и четко все объясняла. Это не столько гостиница, сколько 2-комнатная квартира. Я жил в комнате с балкончиком. Ванна и туалет в отдельной комнате. Имеется небольшая кухня с холодильником и плитой, где можно приготовить пищу. Местоположение - центральное, рядом с метро Martem Moriz. Рядом много кафешек, есть два крупных супермаркета.

Конечно, когда туалет отдельно от комнаты, это не очень удобно. Однако об этом известно заранее, так что без обид.

The flat is in a convenient part of the city. As with any apartment, it offers you the freedom to cook your meals and wash your clothes.The room I had, in particular, had also a patio. The flat only contains two rooms, one (mine) with a private bathroom and another with a separate (not ensuite) bathroom at the end of the corridor. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Tanya, the owner, is as splendid as everyone says she is. She is always available and helpful and her advice has been prompt and highly appreciated.

The room itself is not well lit, but I didn't spend time there during the day, so it was ok. The bathroom is not really separated from the bedroom, so it was fine just because I was on my own, otherwise it would have been a bit awkward. Finally, the area is central and perfect for so many things, services and transport, but consider getting a taxi/Uber if you come back late, because the street itself is quiet and lovely, but the nearby square didn't seem at all safe. It's not a criticism of the apartment itself, but I think it is useful to know for solo travellers.

At jeg ikke pr mobil kunne komme i forbindelse med værten. Det måtte gå gennem en veninde jeg har i Portugal. Synes det var lidt ringe, at jeg fik rengøring 1 gang på 17 dage. Terrassen var ikke noget stort plus. den bleb meget hurtigt meget beskidt.

Perfecte locatie midden in de oude wijk van Lissabon. Goed contact met de eigenaar die erg vriendelijk was.

Geen airconditioning, maar dat is een luxeprobleem.

We really enjoyed the charm of this sweet little apartment right in the heart of Lisbon. The location is absolutely fantastic — many attractions/restaurants are within walking distance, and others are easily reachable by convenient public transport nearby. The property itself has almost everything one needs and the host was also very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay!

During our stay, the city experienced high temperatures and the apartment unfortunately didn’t have A/C and the fan provided wasn’t strong enough to fully cool the space at night. It’s something to keep in mind if you're visiting in the summertime.

We especially liked the location, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment, the room and the kitchen have everything you need. The host Tania is super friendly, she provided us early check-in and gave us tips for cafes and nearby grocery store. All in all it was a very positive stay!

Some minor issues like blunt knifes. The room doesn't have much natural light, but it is like it is, there is nothing you can do.
