Resten inn

All staffs are very very friendly and responsive to your request and questions! Super easy communication. And they clean the room everyday, offer free drink, snorkeling gears and bike (some hotels charge for a bike). When it comes to location, this island is anyway small so that you can reach to sunset beach or restaurants by a bike within 10 mins. They prepare breakfasts anytime according to your schedule even though the official meal time is at 8-9am! Some people complain like breakfast is too simple, but it is all same from all guesthouses. Some toast, fruits, egg and some local meals with drinks and coffee. It is all enough! The wifi works well! There are hair dryer, fridge and shower gels. We truely felt comfortable during our 3 days staying!

Location, cleanliness, host was super nice and helpfull.

Bathroom needs some upgrades. Toilete was pretty worn down.

The breakfast was great! Also the service was really good. The owner prepared tuna on the grill for me and my girlfriend, it was amazing!

We took breakfast and dinners. The food was local and what is most important very tasty. A lot of fruits, tuna etc.... After each eating we were completely full. The guest house is located in quite neighbourhood near beach bikini beach (200-300m). The owner was extremely nice, open and very communicative. The whole transfer from Male to island was take care by host. He even pickup us from harbour, so we didn't need to carry our bags.

The standard rooms could be lift and refreshed. A part of bicycles requires some repair.

We had a great stay at Resten Inn. Nadheem is a very nice host and he has been caring to arrange our arriva and departure. The structure provides free bikes to move around the island, and they are very useful since the guesthouse is walking distance from the north bikini beach, but at the opposite side of the island for the south bikini beach. Breakfast is OK, but you will have limited options. However, well in line with the price...and the value for may is superb!bThe room was cleaned every day, which is nice since coming and going from the beach it becomes dirty quickly.

we had difficulties in arranging excursions, maybe a bit more support from the host would be appreciated. Not all bikes are fully working, so you need to pick the "right" bike before you leave :)

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay on the island.. Owner Nadeem is very thoughtful and caring.
