Simple but spotlessly clean accommodation. A quiet location, fantastic to have access to the kitchen (I didn't bump into anyone in there). Wonderful staff! The owner, lovely Zulmira, doesn't speak a word of English but that didn't stop us! You will be given her mobile so you can Whatsapp her with anything you need and use a translator. She allowed me a late check-out. I really felt like I was staying at home :) I would definitely stay again. If you happen to be staying over the second week of September for the Alma do Vinho festival, the accommodation is just a 300m walk away - ideal! Thank you, Zulmira! FYI no coffee making facilities so bring your own.
I think a small coffee machine would be good :)

Noise: A lot of noise at least until midnight from the street; a chained dog barking constantly and somebody in a neighboring house playing literally the same tune again and again from 17hrs until midnight. Kitchen: The stove and the microwave oven didn’t work.

Everything is super clean. Good value for money. There is a kitchen to prepare food. The owner does not speak english, but very warm and welcoming. There is no parking in the property, but there is plenty of street parking around.
Very narrow beds, I'm tall and wide man, so the bed felt a bit small. You cannot adjust the temperature on the AC(22 degrees Celsius). The room looks slightly bigger in the photos. The walls felt too thin, the noises could be heard from other bathrooms. There is some kind of smell in the room. My guess it's either cleanliness products or the old house.

Really helpful staff Nothing too much trouble and safe place for my bike in the garage overnight. Very spacious room TV and ac useful Good ensuite with powerful shower Handy having the kitchen downstairs too
